Luxury Windows and Doors does not certify installers, but simply requires adherence to the Installation Instructions and relevant sections of the Care & Maintenance Instructions. In many cases, the Luxury Windows and Doors Dealer will provide installation as part of their package.
Luxury Windows and Doors provides a simple Care & Maintenance document containing recommended and mandatory cleaning procedures/schedules for all of our products. Your dealer will also include this document with your order.

Unlike other manufacturers who use only one glass manufacturer to rush production and cut costs, Luxury Windows and Doors provides hundreds of glass choices including insulated, monolithic, or even hurricane glass. All of our products come with a Lifetime Warranty that is extended to the current owner of the home (transferable). For more information, please read Lifetime Warranty.
Luxury Windows and Doors provides sliding door and glass sizes that other manufacturers cannot attempt, with panels up to 20’ tall and insulated glass up to 100-sqft. For individual product limitations, please see the respective product page.
Luxury Windows and Doors does not require factory-authorized installers for the product warranty to remain valid. As long as the Installation Instructions are followed by a licensed installer (C-17, AAMA certified, etc), the product will carry the warranty. In many cases, the Luxury Windows and Doors Dealer is also the installer.
The Luxury Windows and Doors Dealer will be able to select “Dealer Showroom” or “Jobsite” during the ordering process. We encourage you to discuss both options with your dealer
If the Care & Maintenance Instructions are followed, Luxury Windows and Doors doors and windows will last for 100+ years. If service is needed, please contact the original Authorized Dealer or the Luxury Windows and Doors Service Department for assistance in locating a servicing dealer.
